At our Paysandú facility, we process timber in the following dimensions:
Thicknesses: 25.4 mm | 38.1 mm | 50.8 mm
Widths: 76 | 102 | 114 | 127 | 152 | 203.2 mm
Lengths: From 1.80 m up to 4.50 m
Prime
A board qualifies as prime when the better face is usable in at least 83%. No rot, stain, long cracks, bark or pith presence allowed.
Comsels
A board qualifies as comsels when it has a minimum of 63% usable surface area on the better side of the plank. No pith allowed on the better face of the plank.
Industrial
Lumber with a presence of defects such as large and loose knots, pith, bark or wane. The usable surface area can be less than 63%
